Shipping

Orders ship from Cambridge, UK by tracked Royal Mail, usually within about a week. Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at Stripe checkout before payment. Delivery time depends on destination and the postal service.

For orders outside the UK, import duties and customs charges may be payable by the buyer.

Cancelling an order

UK consumers can cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Email us to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We will explain the return steps and refund the original payment method in line with your statutory rights.

For a change of mind, you pay the return postage. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the return details. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond that may reduce the refund where the law allows.

Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, email us. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
