Who handles your information

What is collected

When you order, Stripe collects payment and delivery details. I receive the order information needed to fulfil it, including your name, email, shipping address, products and amounts. I do not receive full card details.

If you sign up to the newsletter, Mailchimp handles your email address and subscription preference. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email. If you email me, I use your message and address to respond.

Cloudflare serves the website and may process technical request data needed to deliver it. This site does not use its own analytics cookies.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as needed for fulfilment, accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter details remain until you unsubscribe. Emails are kept as needed to answer your request.
